the RB102 construction is made of high quality, painted steel. All edges are rounded for maximum safety. The handles are fitted with grips with extensions on both sides to prevent slipping of the palm. The plastic wheels are fitted with a 10" tyre with a dense foam inner tube, which does not need to be inflated and is resistant to damage. Handlebars and saddle are height adjustable.
