We have reworked the core form and found (finally) a new core material that is stable, solid, tough, dimensionally stable. It can be injected with great shape accuracy. The core is first applied middle - soft PU layer, which excellently dampens vibrations. The outer hard layer ensures low rolling resistance and low wear. Through the external - direct contact between the core and the harder PU layer, the reflection energy is effectively transmitted to the forward movement. This is achieved by the fact that bumps from inequalities have to be damped within the micro-second range, while the bounce (albeit more dynamic is within tens of micro-seconds).
