The Merco Overball Gym is an excellent rehabilitation aid and a great accessory for fitness exercises. The surface of the ball is provided with an anti-slip treatment for easier and safer handling. It was originally used for breathing exercises for children, but today it is used universally in fitness exercises, therapeutic exercises or yoga. You can also use the overball as a handy aid when camping or on long trips. The ball is available in diameters of 20 and 25 cm and in seven different colors.
