3️⃣ Upload the required photos (see below). (wait until the photos finish uploading)
4️⃣ Click SUBMIT COMPLAINT. We will inform you about further steps by e-mail.
Do not forget to state what you prefer – repair, size exchange or return of goods.
⚖ Warranty conditions
The warranty applies only to defects caused by manufacturing or material faults. These usually appear within the first weeks or months of use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- improper assembly or incorrect use
- mechanical damage (impacts, falls, deep scratches)
- grinding on concrete or riding outside intended sports areas
- unauthorized modifications or incompatible parts
- lack of maintenance or overloading
The warranty is not the same as product lifespan. Normal wear and tear cannot be claimed as a manufacturing defect.
The time from submitting the complaint until resolution is not counted towards the warranty period.
