✅ How to proceed with a return/exchange?

Most important info for the package: always let us know exactly what we should do – refund or exchange for a different size/variant.

  1. Write your contact details, order number, and specify whether you want a refund or an exchange.
  2. Include an invoice with all the details in the package.
  3. The goods must not be damaged in any way and should ideally be in their original packaging.
  4. Carefully pack the package (box, bubble wrap / bubble envelope).
  5. Ensure that there is no old label from the carrier on the box/envelope (it could be delivered to the wrong place).
  6. Write the order number with a marker ideally on the top left of the package (if not possible, then the invoice number or name). See the image below.
  7. Send the package to our address (see below).
  8. And that's it! Once we receive the shipment, we will process it according to your instructions.

📦 How to Properly Pack Goods

✅ Can be
Box / bubbles / bubble envelope, goods in original packaging.

❌ Not Recommended
Loose items without protection, damaged packaging, missing instructions for exchange/return.

⭐ Tips and Common Mistakes

  • Clearly tell us what you want: refund / exchange for a different size / different variant.
  • Without an order number we handle it more slowly – write it on the package and also include it inside on a piece of paper.
  • Check old labels – just one and the package can end up elsewhere.
  • The goods must be undamaged and ideally in the original packaging.
