✅ How to proceed with a return / exchange?

Most important information inside the package: always clearly state what we should do – refund the money or exchange for another size/variant.

  1. Write your contact details, order number, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
  2. Insert the invoice with all details into the package.
  3. The goods must not be damaged and should ideally be in the original packaging.
  4. Pack the parcel carefully (box, bubble wrap / padded envelope).
  5. Check that there is no old shipping label on the parcel (it could be delivered to the wrong address).
  6. Write the order number with a marker ideally in the top left corner of the parcel (if not possible, write the invoice number or your name). See image below.
  7. Send the parcel to our address (see below).
  8. That’s it! Once we receive the shipment, we will process it according to your instructions.

📦 How to properly pack the goods

✅ Allowed
Box / bubble wrap / padded envelope, goods in original packaging.

❌ Not recommended
Loose items without protection, damaged packaging, missing return/exchange instructions.

⭐ Tips & common mistakes

  • Clearly state what you want: refund / exchange for different size / different variant.
  • Without an order number processing takes longer – write it on the parcel and include it inside.
  • Check old shipping labels – even one can cause delivery to the wrong address.
  • The goods must be undamaged and ideally in original packaging.
