Unrivalled flexibility

The Exway Wave is smaller and lighter, yet powerful enough for everyday use.
For example, it fits under the seat, in the trunk and in many other useful places.
The shorter distance between the front and rear trucks, combined with the kicktail design of the board, provides unprecedented agility.
Thanks to the protective pad on the underside of the board, you don't have to worry about wear and tear.

Quick smart battery change

Innovative, durable and safe design for fast battery replacement. A complete battery change takes just 10 seconds.
180 Wh capacity; range up to 18 km; Battery weighs just 1.9 kg, making it easy to carry.
The battery can also be used as a power bank for charging mobile devices. Maximum output 5V-2.1A; Thanks to the adaptive output, it can also be used to charge the remote control.

Regulator 2.0 and intelligent lighting system

The innovative integration of the controller into the truck base results in a robust and elegant design.
Support for integrated headlights that are powered directly from the battery and can be operated directly by remote control.

The unrivalled stability and robustness of the trucks, whose behaviour is noticeably influenced by the bushing configuration, brings better riding pleasure and a feeling of true freedom during the ride.

Design of the plate

The concave depth of 8-16 mm provides space for a comfortable stance while increasing the gap between the plate and the wheels to prevent contact.
The bulging footwell increases stability and a feeling of security when riding.
The board is made of several layers of maple interlaced with multi-axial glass fibres.
High quality wood paints and the latest UV printing technology were used to complete the design.

Tailor-made intelligent controller

Innovative integration of the controller into the truck bed - a sleek and technologically advanced design that improves heat dissipation.
Exway's proprietary forging and CNC milling manufacturing processes focus on the strength, quality and aesthetic value of components.
The integrated intelligent RGB rear lighting system can be customised in the Exway app.
Software updates will be continuously released to improve some features.

24 safety sensors connected to the controller monitor each battery cell.
Multi-level UL certified software and hardware for circuit protection.
High-capacity 18650 cells with high discharge capability ensure high performance and reliability.
Long-term storage automatically triggers the low power mode.

Trucky Trist

The brand new Exway Trist trucks are manufactured using proprietary forging and CNC milling technology developed by the Exway engineering team. The tubes produced in this way are more durable than those produced by the standard die-casting method.
The T6 heat treatment ensures the strength of the hull plate and wheel carriers.
Bushing sizes conform to the industry standard to ensure compatibility and customization.
The ends of the bushings are equipped with a cup-shaped seal, which ensures stability especially during high-speed sliding.
Hand-moulded polyurethane pivot cup improves shock absorption, sound absorption and stability.
VIRGIN A352 aluminium alloy, SCM435 steel alloy kingpins and SCM440 steel alloy shaft ensure maximum strength.

Three preset driving modes and the ability to further adjust throttle and brake behaviour ensure maximum driving enjoyment.
Turbo mode with a top speed of up to 38 km/h.
Setting the wheel size in the app will give you a more accurate measurement of speed and range.
Adjustable standby mode - Your board will automatically shut down after a set period of inactivity.
The user-friendly app allows you to set cruise control, change gears, activate coasting mode and more.
