We ship as quickly as possible. If you manage it by 12:00, it often happens the same day.

🚚 IN STOCK WITH SUPPLIER
We will order from the supplier. Delivery is usually approximately 3–12 business days (approximately).

You can see the number of pieces and the estimated delivery date. Delivery depends on the supplier – we always keep you informed.

Here don't hesitate and order – we have the goods physically in stock with us. In the product details, you will see delivery dates according to the carrier. If you manage to place the order so that it can be sent by 12:00, we usually dispatch it immediately.

How is delivery carried out if the goods are in stock?

If you see the label IN STOCK on a product, we ship the goods as soon as possible. Some carriers have specific times when we can still ship the same day.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an SMS and an email confirming the order has been received in the system.
  • In the next step, we will create an invoice and send it online via email (we do not include it in the package).
  • Once the order is packed and processed, an SMS and email with confirmation + tracking for shipment tracking will be sent.

🚚 IN STOCK WITH SUPPLIER

This means that the goods are not physically with us, but our supplier has them. We will order it for you and deliver it as soon as possible. We always order goods every Monday. The order must be paid in advance.

Delivery is usually approximately 3–12 business days (indicative – may be extended). In the product details, you can always see approximately when it will arrive. At the same time, we will inform you by email about the exact delivery date of your goods.

The online store operator has the right to cancel the order or part of it if the ordered goods stop being manufactured or sold to the Czech Republic during the order processing, or if its price changes significantly or it sells out (resp. there will be a sell-out between the time the customer's order is created and the order is taken over by the e-shop employee - see. operating hours). The seller informs the buyer about the cancellation of the order by phone or email promptly during the working hours of the e-shop.

How is delivery handled if the goods are in stock with the supplier?

  • The goods are IN STOCK WITH THE SUPPLIER, so we need to order them from the supplier. The estimated date is always provided in the product details.
  • On the day we order the goods, you will receive an email stating that the goods in stock at the supplier have just been ordered from the supplier.
  • If we receive tracking from the supplier, we will send it to you via email so you can track the shipment's journey.
  • Once the goods arrive to us, the process is the same as for goods in stock (packaging + shipping).

⏳ EXPECTED GOODS

This status means that the goods are ordered and heading to our central warehouse with a certain number of available pieces for order and with an estimated delivery date.

  • Number of pieces: how many pieces will be available for order (if you want more, it may be necessary to order additional pieces).
  • Date: estimated delivery to our warehouse.

📌 WE ACCEPT PREORDERS

For preorders, it is always approximately indicated in the product details and description when the goods are expected to arrive at our warehouse. For some pre-orders, the delivery time may be extended – it depends on the supplier. If the date changes, we will always inform you.

How does delivery work if it is a pre-order?

  • If you want to create a PRE-ORDER with us, it is possible.
  • The process is similar to goods in stock at the supplier, but the delivery time is longer.
  • We always provide information about the estimated delivery date in advance in the product details.
  • Once the goods arrive to us, the process is the same as for goods in stock (packaging + shipping).
