We order from the supplier. Delivery is usually about 3–12 business days (estimated).

You can see the quantity and an estimated delivery date. Delivery depends on the supplier – we’ll always keep you informed.

Here don’t hesitate and order – we physically have the goods in stock with us. In the product detail you’ll see delivery dates depending on the carrier. If you place the order so it can be shipped before 12:00, we usually send it out right away.

How does delivery work if the item is in stock?
If you see the IN STOCK label on a product, we ship it as soon as possible. Some carriers have specific cut-off times, so we can still ship the same day.
- After placing your order, you’ll receive an SMS and an e-mail confirming the order has been received in our system.
- Next, we create the invoice and send it online by e-mail (we do not include it in the package).
- Once the order is packed and completed, you’ll receive an SMS and an e-mail confirmation + tracking to follow your shipment.

🚚 IN STOCK AT SUPPLIER
This means the goods are not physically in our warehouse, but our supplier has them. We’ll order them for you and deliver them as soon as possible. We always place supplier orders every Monday. The order must be paid in advance.
Delivery is usually about 3–12 business days (estimated – it can take longer). In the product detail you can always see an approximate delivery date. We will also inform you by e-mail when you’ll receive your goods more precisely.
The operator of the online store has the right to cancel the order or part of it if the ordered goods stop being manufactured or sold to the Czech Republic during order processing, or if their price changes significantly or they sell out (i.e., sell out between the customer placing the order and the order being accepted by the e-shop employee - see business hours). The seller will inform the buyer about the cancellation by phone or e-mail without delay during the e-shop’s working hours.

How does delivery work if the item is in stock at the supplier?
- The product is IN STOCK AT SUPPLIER, so we need to order it from the supplier. The estimated date is always shown in the product detail.
- On the day we place the order with the supplier, you will receive an e-mail that the item in stock at the supplier has just been ordered from the supplier.
- If we receive tracking from the supplier, we’ll e-mail it to you so you can follow the shipment.
- Once the goods arrive to us, the process is the same as for in-stock items (packing + shipping).
⏳ EXPECTED
This status means the goods are ordered and heading to our main warehouse with a certain number of available pieces to order and an expected delivery date.
- Quantity: how many pieces will be available to order (if you want more, we may need to reorder additional pieces).
- Date: expected delivery to our warehouse.

📌 WE ACCEPT PRE-ORDERS
For a pre-order, the product detail and description always show an approximate date when the goods should arrive at our warehouse. For some pre-orders, the delivery time may be extended – it depends on the supplier. If the date changes, we will always inform you.

How does delivery work if it’s a pre-order?
- If you want to place a PRE-ORDER with us, it’s possible.
- The process is similar to items in stock at the supplier, but the delivery time is longer.
- We always show the estimated arrival date in advance in the product detail.
- Once the goods arrive to us, the process is the same as for in-stock orders (packing + shipping).
