🚚 IN STOCK AT SUPPLIER
We order from the supplier. Delivery is usually about 3–12 business days (estimated).
⏳ EXPECTED
You can see the quantity and an estimated delivery date. Delivery depends on the supplier – we’ll always keep you informed.
Here don’t hesitate and order – we physically have the goods in stock with us. In the product detail you’ll see delivery dates depending on the carrier. If you place the order so it can be shipped before 12:00, we usually send it out right away.

If you see the IN STOCK label on a product, we ship it as soon as possible. Some carriers have specific cut-off times, so we can still ship the same day.

This means the goods are not physically in our warehouse, but our supplier has them. We’ll order them for you and deliver them as soon as possible. We always place supplier orders every Monday. The order must be paid in advance.
Delivery is usually about 3–12 business days (estimated – it can take longer). In the product detail you can always see an approximate delivery date. We will also inform you by e-mail when you’ll receive your goods more precisely.
The operator of the online store has the right to cancel the order or part of it if the ordered goods stop being manufactured or sold to the Czech Republic during order processing, or if their price changes significantly or they sell out (i.e., sell out between the customer placing the order and the order being accepted by the e-shop employee - see business hours). The seller will inform the buyer about the cancellation by phone or e-mail without delay during the e-shop’s working hours.
