Mafia's Medusa Wheelie is a larger 26" wheelie that is not described as a BMX, but as a wheelie.

Wheelie bikes have gained popularity as an alternative way to do freestyle bike tricks. Instead of technical sets, big jumps or long grinds, wheelie is all about wheelie maneuvers. What does wheelie mean? It is riding on the rear wheel, where the rider is pedaling at the same time.
