How to properly put on protectors:

• Protectors should fit comfortably – they must not be too tight to restrict blood circulation, nor too loose to move during normal movement.

  • Knee: 3–5 cm below the knee

  • Elbow: 3–5 cm above the elbow

  • Elbow: 3–5 cm below the elbow
