Very accommodating staff, we had a small issue - the scooter ordered and paid for in the app was not in stock in the e-shop, but as I said, the staff was great and most likely the right people in the right place made my son very happy. We resolved it with a lady over the phone, and another scooter in the same price range arrived promptly and in good condition. Thank you for the great cooperation, and I believe this won't be the last time something is purchased from you. Fingers crossed and best of luck to you!
