Healthy nutrition and sports.

Hello, my name is Jakub Oborník and I work in the field of nutrition.
I have actively engaged in scootering for 5 years.
Now among my favorite activities are basketball and snowboarding in the winter.


For my main activity, I work in Hradec Králové at a studio where we create meal plans for weight reduction, maintaining fitness, and building muscle mass.
I used to feel that I could have more energy, I wouldn't have to be so exhausted after training, and the next day nothing would have to hurt after a good ride

I have been working with information related to nutrition and addressing all these issues for some time now.
It's no wonder they say that exercise is 20% and diet is 80%. They also say that those who don't train won't perform well :D

Before every training session/every proper ride, it is advisable to prepare for the performance.
The ideal preparation should include a complete stretch.
From the neck through the arms, the torso of the body, and the legs which then handle all the rebounds and impacts.
In the case of proper stretching, the possibility of pulling muscles or something similar is really significantly minimized! 


To build momentum, you need to ride at 100% as much as possible.
To reduce weight, exercise at 60% of your capacity for more than 30 minutes.With every pace, complete exhaustion can be achieved.
If you manage to do it, you have completed quality training.

After training, it is advisable to take advantage of the open "metabolic window"
by replenishing the necessary nutrients and proteins in our body.
It is also advisable to monitor your diet throughout the day. 


So a proper training is a must. It is, however, advisable to have control over your diet along with those sports.
