To ensure that helmets, pads, or gloves protect you as best as possible, they must fit well and be properly worn and secured. Protectors of the wrong size will not adequately protect you in a fall.
Always follow the instructions for use and ensure that the protector is properly fitted before use.
HELMETS

Using a tailor's tape measure, measure the circumference of the head as indicated in picture A. You should aim for the widest circumference of the head over the crown and forehead.
KNEE AND HAND PROTECTORS

Ensure that the protectors fit comfortably, do not pinch you anywhere, and have no slack.
To choose the correct size, measure the circumference of the wrist (see. image).
To choose the correct size, measure the circumference of the arm approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow (see. image).
To choose the correct size, measure the circumference of the leg approximately 3-5 cm above the knee (see. image).
GLOVES AND WRIST GUARDS

Determining Glove Size
Measure the length of the palm from the tip of the middle finger to the wrist.
Measure the width of the palm.
Measure the width of the wrist.
