Coronavirus (update)

News as of 29.4.2020:

• We're open! In Hradec Králové, we are normally open Mon-Fri: 13: 00-17: 00 . You can also pay by card in cash. We prefer payment by card.
• Delivery of goods to Mail Order may be extended, due to the busy schedule! More info at: https: // blog.zasilkovna.cz/

Our measures:

• we use disinfection (we disinfect each time goods are taken over)
• we wash our hands regularly (after receiving the goods, before sending)
• we use disposable gloves (we try to reach for the goods that come to us as little as possible)
• we use disinfectant gel
• we do not accept cash at the store, only payment by card (we always clean the terminal)
• We clean the cranks from the store several times a day
• we regularly wipe and vacuum the store
• we monitor our body temperature and our health

Store opening hours in Hradec Králové:

• open only for the issue of ordered goods (by prior arrangement at a given time) otherwise we do not open!
• payment by card only. We do not accept cash
• entrance to the store max. 2 people
• if you do not feel well please stay at home and we can send the goods to you by courier

Delivery of goods:

• delivery of goods due to kororanovirus may be extended for goods that we have in stock
• delivery time for orders from foreign suppliers (in stock at the supplier) may be extended
• payment by card is possible for all our carriers (GLS, Mailroom)
• dispensing points are limited. We recommend using GLS
• DELIVERY OF GOODS THROUGH THE SHIPPING OFFICE TEMPORARILY SWITCHED OFF (dispensing points may be closed)
