New government regulations

News as of 24.12.2020:

Due to a government order, we have until the appeal from 28.12.2020 opened in our stone shop only for goods delivery!

To dispense goods at our store, please observe the following conditions:

• Due to the situation, we prefer payment of your order either by PAYMENT BY TRANSFER or ONLINE CARD OR BANK - GOPAY , it is also possible to pay in cash at the place of our stone shop.
• Contact us in advance when you will pick up your order from us by email - info@scootshop.cz or by phone at + 420 703 148 100 or + 420 608 618 101 .

• Continue to order goods from our e-shop, read and write any of your questions, we are still here for you!

Our measures:

• we use disinfection (we disinfect each time goods are taken over)
• we wash our hands regularly (after receiving the goods, before sending)
• we use disposable gloves (we try to reach for the goods that come to us as little as possible)
• we use disinfectant gel
• we prefer payment of your order either BY PAYMENT BY TRANSFER or ONLINE CARD OR BANK - GOPAY , it is also possible to pay in cash at the place of our stone shop
• We clean the cranks from the store several times a day
• we regularly wipe and vacuum the store
• we monitor our body temperature and our health

Store opening hours in Hradec Králové:

• open only for the issue of ordered goods (by prior arrangement at a given time) otherwise we do not open!
• if you do not feel well, please stay at home and we can send the goods to you by courier service

Delivery of goods:

• Due to coronavirus, the delivery of goods may be extended for goods that we have in stock.
• Delivery time for orders from foreign suppliers (in stock at the supplier ) may be extended.
• Payment by card is possible with all our carriers (GLS, Mail Order) .
