New government regulations

News as of 24th.12.2020:

Due to government regulations, we are closed until further notice from the 28th.12.2020 open in our brick-and-mortar store for pick-up only!

For the collection of goods at our store, please adhere to the following conditions:

• Given the situation, we prefer payment for your order either by BANK TRANSFER or ONLINE CARD OR BANK - GOPAY, it is also possible to pay in cash at our physical store location.
• Please contact us in advance to arrange the pickup of your order via our email - info@scootshop.cz or by phone at + 420 703 148 100 or + 420 608 618 101.

• Keep ordering goods from our e-shop, read and write any of your questions, we are still here for you!
• Delivery of goods from Zásilkovna may be delayed due to the workload of pick-up points! More info at: https://blog.zasilkovna.cz/

Our measures:

• we use disinfection (we disinfect every time we receive goods)
• we regularly wash our hands (after receiving goods, before sending)
• we use disposable gloves (we try to touch the goods we receive as little as possible)
• we use disinfectant gel
• we prefer payment for your order either by TRANSFER PAYMENT or ONLINE CARD OR BANK - GOPAY, cash payment is also possible at our physical store location
• we clean the store's door handles several times a day
• we regularly mop and vacuum the store
• we monitor our body temperature and health condition

Store opening hours in Hradec Králové:

• open only for pickup of ordered goods (by prior arrangement at a specific time) otherwise we are closed!
• if you are not feeling well, please stay home and we can send the goods to you via courier service

Delivery of goods:

• Delivery of goods from Zásilkovna may be delayed due to the workload of pick-up points! More info at: https://blog.zasilkovna.cz/
• Delivery of goods may be delayed due to the coronavirus, even for items we have in stock.
• The delivery time for orders from foreign suppliers (in stock at the supplier) may be extended.
• Card payment is available with all our carriers (GLS, Zásilkovna).
