How far to drive The Micro Pedalflow is designed for shorter distances, preferably on flatter terrain. We recommend it for more able individuals, as the rider stands on the pedals throughout the ride. Optimal distances for driving are up to 3 km. More capable riders can easily manage 5-8 km. We do not recommend it in hilly terrain. Fitness strengthening and strengthening the body Yes, riding the Micro Pedalflow will strengthen the entire lower half of the body, especially the buttocks, thighs and calves.
