This time, let's take a look at the freestyle scooter AO Maven 2021 Black/Copper.

 

This time we introduced the freestyle scooter AO Maven 2021 Black/Copper.

The scooter is firmly packed, it doesn't move at all in the packaging. Package contents include a manual, keys of sizes 5, 6, and 13, and there is also a small Allen wrench used for tightening the brake. As a small gift, there are also 4 AO stickers. 

The handlebars are made of steel, in a "T" shape.

The AO brand logo, which has a very nice design, is not missing here. The handlebars feature super grips that are wider than you are normally used to. The clamp here is two-piece, which is for a size 6 screw, which is a plus for us. The handlebar height is 610 mm and the handlebar width is 521 mm.

The board features Maven wheels sized at 110 mm with an aluminum core, ABEC9 bearings. The brake here is steel, which you can also adjust on wheels with a size of 125 mm. The griptape has a smoky design, in a combination of blue and white, the appearance of the griptape is truly luxurious and it also features a bronze logo. The deck welds look really nice, the bottom of the deck has a light design, and the scooter's surface will serve you well for grinding, even though it's a park scooter. The neck of the board is welded. 

The fork is two-piece, aluminum for the IHC system, and can accommodate wheels of size 110 mm and 125 mm. The scooter has an integrated headset. The length of the board is 495 mm, the width of the board is 117 mm, and the footspace is 360 mm. 

The total height of the scooter is 850 mm and the total weight is 3,800 g.

Rating: For us, the scooter has a super overall design and we would definitely highlight the design of the grip tape itself, the combination of blue and white in a smoky design feels really luxurious to us. We would replace the scooter's two-piece fork with a one-piece fork to reduce the likelihood of it cracking or being damaged in other ways. We definitely recommend the scooter and it is definitely ideal for the skatepark.
