Beautiful Saturday to everyone!
Another unboxing is here! This time, we will take a look at the freestyle scooter Blunt One S3 Teal/Black.
For a detailed description of the scooter, check out the video:
Today, we introduced the freestyle scooter Blunt One S3 Teal/Black in the video.
The scooter is really tightly packed, the package includes a manual and a 5mm Allen key.
The handlebars have a really nice shape, we like how they are curved, and the Blunt logo is also present. They have super classic grips that you can also purchase separately, they are standard level with great design. The end caps are plastic and connect to the grips, which we consider a great detail. Handlebars are steel, with an outer diameter of 32 mm and an inner diameter of 28 mm. The socket here is tiny, double, the notch is outside, but there is a sufficiently long fork. The screws here are M6 with a 5mm Allen key. The handlebar height is 550 mm and the width is 520 mm.
The scooter deck has a beautiful design, the griptape on the scooter with a perfect design is rougher, which is nice. The scooter has a slight concave. The brake here is plastic with a 5mm Allen key, which is great, as plastic brakes paradoxically last much longer than, for example, aluminum ones. There are wheels with a size of 110 mm, a width of 24 mm, ABEC 9 bearings, and an aluminum core.
The neck is welded, the fork is steel, two-piece, threadless, for IHC compression system. Neck of the board is for integrated headsets and the bearings are industrial. The scooter deck has plastic caps at the front and back. The bottom of the deck has a nice design, you can see that the neck of the deck is reinforced, which is also great, the welds are level with the grind rails. At the bottom of the board, there is a hole for a guard brake (your wheels won't get damaged immediately and will have a longer lifespan). The length of the board is 480 mm, the width is 120 mm, and the footspace is 340 mm.
The total weight of the scooter is 3,690 g, the total height is 790 mm, and the load capacity is 100 kg.

Rating: The downside of the scooter for us is the notch in the handlebars, it might crack. We don't like the pad on the fork at IHC, as there is no notch, so we wouldn't be sure if everything is properly and securely tightened, but we haven't seen it disassembled and don't know how it works inside, so hopefully everything works as it should. We like the scooter design the most, the pluses are definitely the 110 mm wheels with aluminum core, super quality grips, handlebars with a nice design. For us, definitely a very nice scooter for beginners at a great price.
