Hello everyone!
Another unboxing is here! This time we will take a look at the Longway Adam freestyle scooter together.
For a detailed description of the scooter, check out the video:
Today we unboxed the Longway Adam freestyle scooter, which is designed for beginners. The scooter is really tightly packed, and the package includes a manual, cool stickers, and a 5mm Allen key with the scooter.
Handlebars have a super look, they are T-shaped. The grips are soft, definitely a plus for us, and the ends are plastic. The handlebar welds are well done, they are classic, steel handlebars with a diameter of 28 mm. The clamp partially hides the notch, the bolt size is 8 for a 5 Allen key, so there is a larger screw, therefore the thread inside the clamp won't strip easily. Height of the handlebars is 450 mm and the width of the handlebars is 490 mm.
The deck of the scooter has a nice design, we also like the interesting and well-designed shape of the deck's neck. The fork here is steel, two-piece, and threaded. The compression system consists of locknuts that need to be tightened against each other - threaded headset. The headset is ball bearing, so it is one of the cheapest, more difficult to maintain, but given the overall price of the scooter, it is a completely standard design.
Wheels here are 110 mm in size, which really caught our attention for such an affordable scooter, with ABEC9 bearings. Neck of the board is two-piece, at the bottom of the board there are definitely super grind rails, which beautifully hide the welds, otherwise there are plastic covers. At the bottom of the board, there is also a brake attached with a 5mm Allen key, which is a huge plus as it cannot be easily torn off. Griptape has a stylish design. The length of the board is 500 mm and the width of the board is 110 mm, footspace is 350 mm.
The total weight of the scooter is 3750 g, the total height of the scooter is 810 mm.

Rating: For us, this scooter is absolutely great for beginners, it is at a great price, has a super design, and there are also a few great features, such as welds on the handlebars that are great, the clamp is nice. The downside is that the fork is threaded, there are locknuts, so it requires more maintenance. Another advantage is the 110 mm wheels, which are rarely seen on such affordable scooters. We definitely recommend it for beginners and as a first scooter for small children.
