Double-layered mouthguard for ideal protection, minimizing the chances of concussion and damage to teeth.
Adult size, ages 10 and up.
youth size, ages 10 and under.
Adjusting the mouthguard (warning: boiling water is dangerous!)
- Bring the water to a boil and let stand for 30 seconds before submerging the protector for 70 seconds. (For the youth size, this time is 30 seconds)
- Remove the mouthguard from the water with a spoon, shake off the water and place in the middle of the upper teeth in the mouth as quickly as possible. (The guard should still be warm)
- Once the guard is positioned in the center of the upper teeth, lightly bite down and suck/squeeze the air and excess water out of the guard with your tongue. You can also use your fingers to squeeze the protector from the outside.
- Leave the mouthguard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove and place under cool tap water.
- If the result is not perfect, repeat until you are satisfied with the result.
- If the protector is too big, you can cut off some of the ends with a knife.
