the HMS UCG01 is a plate with a multi-axis joint, which is finished with a holder for an Olympic axle (or an axle with a diameter up to 28 mm) and an eye for threading a training rope. After inserting the axis into the holder, we get the so-called "T-Bar", with which we can perform exercises such as push-ups and pull-ups in kneeling, standing, or straddling in the front. The free end of the shaft is used to adjust the desired weight using discs. The individual exercises are then performed using the axis itself or with special adapters.
