Flexible Flex Plate

The parabolic shape of the wheel cut-out ensures greater wheel compatibility. No more compromise between stability and comfort. The optimised distribution of elastic areas ensures greater stability in wider parts of the board and better handling in narrower parts. Alternating layers of omnidirectional laminate and bamboo form a maximally durable and flexible board. The top layer of the board was created using the latest UV printing technology for laminates, which makes the surface of the board more distinctive and durable. The front and back of the board are slightly raised to provide better handling and to make the longboard easier to lift. This detail is especially appreciated by die-hard skaters.

Sense of detail

A soft griptape for shock absorption is standard on the Flex longboard. Improved cushioning properties, higher water resistance, increased strength and comfort. New generation of Exway wheels - Reduced hardness 76A for a smoother ride. the 85mm wheels use a new parabolic plate cutout for better stability. 90% ultra-high-rebound polyurethane delivers a combination of softness and durability.

Interchangeable drive

The FOC speed controller is compatible with both Hub and Riot drives. Hub drive, where the engine is in the wheel hub, has quieter running and higher ground clearance. The Riot drive, where the motor turns the belts that drive the wheels, has more torque and is compatible with a wide range of wheels thanks to various adapters.

Exway app

3 pre-set modes for different riders with the ability to easily adjust acceleration and braking. Turbo function, with a top speed of up to 40 km/h. You can adjust the size of the wheels in the app to calculate distance and speed more accurately. Adjustable length of standby mode that starts when idle. The user-friendly interface allows you to engage cruise control, change gears, enable Free Mode and more.

High-end driver

The remote control can be used to switch the longboard on/off remotely. In hibernation mode, the power consumption is reduced to 3% so that the controller is always ready for use.

Reliable and maintenance-free

Reliable and virtually maintenance-free thanks to the IP55 degree of protection. The modular design of the controller, battery and drive allows for easy replacement when needed.

Intelligent drive battery

24 safety sensors connected to the controller monitor all battery cells. A UL-certified, multi-layered software and hardware safety circuit constantly monitors the battery. The high-capacity SONY VCT6 18650 cells can be discharged at high current to maintain battery reliability and performance. The high-precision galvanometer monitors the battery to within 1% accuracy. For longer storage, the low power mode is automatically activated. The battery is easily replaceable and has an IP55 rating.

Exway Trist trucks

The brand new Exway Trist trucks are manufactured using proprietary forging and CNC milling technology developed by the Exway engineering team. The tubes produced in this way are more durable than those produced by the standard die-casting method. The T6 heat treatment ensures the strength of the hull plate and wheel carriers. Bushing sizes conform to the industry standard to ensure compatibility and customization. The ends of the bushings are equipped with a cup-shaped seal, which ensures stability especially during high-speed sliding. Hand-moulded polyurethane pivot cup improves shock absorption, sound absorption and stability. VIRGIN A352 aluminium alloy, SCM435 steel alloy kingpins and SCM440 steel alloy shaft ensure maximum strength.
