Stretching trapeze

The HMS DDG03 trapeze is easy to install and remove, takes up little space and can be moved around to suit your needs. It can be mounted in door frames or between any 2 surfaces at a distance of 96 to 130 cm. The trapeze bar is made of the highest quality materials, has been covered with an anti-slip layer and additional struts on both sides ensure maximum safety and comfort during exercise. Thanks to the spirit level you will be sure that the DDG03 trapeze has been installed correctly.

Basic exercises with trapeze DDG03

Deadlifts with overhand or underhand grip - this is a classic exercise for the muscles of the back, shoulders and forearms. It can be performed with different grip widths to activate different muscle groups. Trapeze pull-ups also improve grip strength and endurance.

Leg pulls to the chest - this is an exercise for the abdominal muscles, especially the rectus and obliques. It consists of lifting straight or bent legs to hip level or higher, while holding the bar overhead. Lifting the legs in a forward bend also improves hip and spinal mobility.

Circle Pull-ups - is an exercise that combines pull-ups and push-ups. It consists of pulling yourself up to the level of the circles, then moving your body forward and pushing yourself up. The pull-up and subsequent push-up requires great strength, coordination and flexibility. Strengthens the muscles of the back, shoulders, chest and abdomen.

Push-ups and Swedish push-ups - this is one of the most popular and effective exercises for shaping and strengthening the muscles of the upper body. Design DDG03

After unpacking the trapeze from the box, additional struts can be fitted to the ends of the trapeze, which are fitted with non-slip pads and a strong spring that push the pads against the door frame or wall. The use of these struts increases the load capacity and safety of the trapeze. If we want to install the trapeze in narrow door frames, we can make do with basic pads, which have dimensions of 6.3 x 15 centimetres and guarantee maximum training safety. Then place the trapeze between the door frames and start rotating the middle part, which will cause the trapeze to expand until it is firmly in place.
