Door trapeze with spirit level HMS DD400

The HMS DD400 door trapeze is the perfect tool for strengthening shoulder, back, abdominal and chest muscles. It is made of high quality stainless steel and is characterized by strength and stability, which guarantees safety during exercise.

Sophisticated design

The DD400 trapeze consists of a main steel part that is coated with an anti-corrosion coating and powder coated. The grips are made of EVA foam, which is very durable, absorbs sweat and ensures a firm grip. Stainless steel extension rods are inserted into the main part, onto which robust, NBR-coated triangular end caps are fitted. These robust end caps have several advantages:

• large surface area better distributes the pressure exerted on the frames and they do not deform
• nBR layer ensures that the trapeze holds firmly in place
• increases the safety of the trapeze - even if it is not tightened firmly and it comes loose, the end caps in the frames will stand up and the trapeze will not fall
• guarantee a load capacity of up to 200 kilograms (taking into account the strength of the frames)

Safe installation

After removing the trapeze from the package, the end caps are put on the ends of the trapeze. Spread the trapeze on the floor so that it is a few centimetres shorter than the width of the door frame and tighten the black nuts to secure the length of the trapeze. Insert the DD400 into the door frame, level it using the supplied spirit level and tighten the black nuts. Once the trapeze is holding, we take the wrench out of the end caps, extend it with the extension and then tighten the black nuts so that the trapeze holds firmly. Keep the attachment and spirit level for future use, put the wrenches back in the end caps and start training.

Wide training possibilities

The DD400 trapeze bar allows you to perform a wide range of exercises. Depending on whether the bar is placed at head or knee height, you can train pull-ups, push-ups, dips and push-ups, allowing you to vary your workout and achieve the results you want. Thanks to it, you will increase your strength, endurance and improve your overall fitness.
