The SGR18 barbell is very easy to use. After unpacking, simply place the set in the special stand and turn the handle to set the appropriate load, which is marked in kilograms and pounds. The locking system connects the combination of weights to the barbell that match the selected load and the rest of the weights remain in the rack. If you need to adjust the load, then place the dumbbell in the rack, turn the handle and you can continue your workout.
Ergonomic, practical and versatile set
The SGR18 barbell has an ergonomic shape and a non-slip handle to ensure comfort and stability. The dumbbell can be set up as a one-handed dumbbell, a two-handed dumbbell, or a kettlebell. For this purpose you will find in the package an extension part (two-hand grip) with a length of 80 centimetres, which can be exchanged for a one-hand grip, and 2 rods for extending the base. Also included are 2 handles for using the weights as a kettlebell.
