the HMS LSS01 bench is designed to perform so-called sissy squats, which are trained as a complement to classic squats that build massive and strong muscles, while the sissy squat shapes the muscles. The principle is based on the calf support and leg stop, thanks to which you load the muscles continuously during the whole series. The sissi squat uses the full range of motion of the knee and engages all the muscles of the lower limbs. The bench can also be used to strengthen the abdominals and hips by means of push-ups. The bench is also equipped with supports for handles and loops for hooking expanders.
the sturdy steel construction stands on plastic end caps that protect the floor from damage and at the same time ensure high stability of the bench. The front stabilizer is equipped with transport wheels, while the rear stabilizer is equipped with a handle for easy moving of the bench when not in use. The rear part of the frame can be retracted so that the bench really takes up a minimum of space. The platform is made of grooved sheet metal, which prevents the shoes from slipping. A thick board is used for the padding, with a high layer of PU foam for maximum comfort, PU foam is also used for the leg stops.
the stop is infinitely adjustable in the horizontal direction, the support can be adjusted in height from 44 to 52 centimetres, this variability allows perfect adaptation to every body shape.
