Bench with hyperextension and support HMS Premium LSR8311

the HMS Premium LSR8311 combines a classic bench, incline bench, biceps support bench (prayer bench) and hyperextension.
the backrest is adjustable to 3 positions, in the horizontal position you can perform most exercises with dumbbells on the bench, if the backrest is adjusted to a negative angle, then you get an inclined bench to strengthen the abdomen.
the thigh support, or also the prayer rail, is height adjustable to 7 positions with a 2.5 cm rebound. If we sit on the bench, the backrest serves as a prayer book to strengthen the biceps. If we put our thighs on the support and put our calves under the stops, then we get hyperextension to strengthen the back muscles.
the backrests are made of thick board with a high layer of foam for maximum comfort during training. Made of synthetic leather with a carbon look, the padding is sweat resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.
the footrest with foam rollers is adjustable to 4 positions. The handrails under the prayer book are used to practice push-ups.
