the basis of the construction is strong oval profiles 125 x 60 mm with a 3 mm wall, which guarantee the strength and durability of the entire structure.
the main feature of the UpForm UR-U001 Leg Press is the mobile, loading platform. The huge, 3 millimetre wide steel plate is fitted with an aluminium plate with rubber lugs to eliminate slipping of the shoes. The rubberised handle makes it easy to sit on the bench. The weights are loaded onto steel mandrels fitted with polymide sleeves, which are finished with a thick rubber sleeve. The sleeves protect both the discs and the machine structure from possible scratches. The loading mandrels are designed for Olympic discs with a bore diameter of 50 millimetres. The platform is driven by a total of 6 polyamide rollers fitted with a total of 12 ball bearings. The polyamide rollers are hard and very hard, this guarantees a smooth and very quiet movement of the platform. The lower stop of the platform is adjustable to 4 levels and is set by means of a rubberized handle on the middle frame of the structure, the bars on the sides of the structure serve to lock the platform in 2 positions and serve to sit comfortably in the working position, as well as to leave the workstation.
