Magnetic rowing trainer HMS ZM1901

the HMS ZM1901 rowing machine is characterized by quiet operation, easy handling and the possibility of folding the rail.
the ballast system consists of a winch with a rope that is returned by a strong spring assisted by a rubber rope routed inside the rail along which the seat moves. The load control itself is done in 8 stages by means of a mechanical selector, which changes the distance between the magnet and the 8 kg weight wheel that is coupled to the winch. This system is maintenance-free and quiet.
all data for the necessary training evaluation is displayed on a 77 x 43 millimetre LCD screen. The counter measures training time, distance, number of pull-ups and, when connected to a telemetry belt (not included), calories burned and heart rate. Using the "MODE" button, you can scroll through the individual readings, or you can select the "Scan" function, which displays all the measured values sequentially at short intervals.
the ZM1901 model is equipped with a comfortable seat for comfortable training in classic rowing. In the front of the trainer there are pedals that you can use to train standing, when you use the rope pulls to strengthen mainly the biceps.
the trainer stabilizer is equipped with transport wheels for easy moving of the machine. For really easy storage, the trainer rail can be raised to a near vertical position, saving about 2/3 of the space.
the training on the rowing machine itself involves up to 84% of the muscle parts in movement and is classified as cardio training - it also strengthens the cardiovascular system.
