HMS FH07 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.

Construction of the massage hula hoop

The construction consists of 20 identical parts which are connected by plastic buttons. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 parts. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight of 320 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable strap. The string can be set to a length of 14 to 30 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Training and massage at the same time

Each part of FH07 is equipped with a massage cap on the inside, which pleasantly massages the waist area, thus the skin gets blood circulation and fat tissue is disrupted and broken down.

Using

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Model FH07 is suitable for waist circumference from 72 to 130 cm. Once the length has been set, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The intensity of the workout is affected by the speed at which we twist our hips.

Computer with LCD display and its functions

The LCD display located on the main part of the hoop shows information about the training time and number of laps. The data can be used for training control and fitness monitoring. The computer is powered by a built-in, button cell battery.
