the HMS HHM14 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, magnetic massage lugs and rotating weight.

the function of the HHM14 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 21 identical parts that fold into each other. At least 11 pieces are needed to close the hoop. Model HHM14 is suitable for waist circumference from 76 to 113 cm. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight weighing 380 grams is attached to the anchor by means of a length-adjustable string. The string can be set to a length of 16 to 32 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

the length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. The hoop closes after the length is set. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The HHM14 hoop is equipped with magnetic massage protrusions on the inside, which pleasantly massage the waist area. Magnets are negatively polarized and their magnetic field has a positive effect on promoting metabolism. The intensity of the workout is affected by the speed at which we twist our hips.

a large LCD display located on the anchor shows information about training time, number of calories burned, number of laps and circling speed. The data can be used for training control and fitness monitoring.
