The HMS HHM16 is a hula hoop with adjustable circumference, magnetic massage lugs, rotating weights and a clear, easy-to-read counter.

Construction of the massage hula hoop

The construction consists of 16 identical parts which are connected by plastic couplings. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 10 parts. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable strap. The string can be set to a length of 20 to 38 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Magnetic massage

Each part of the HHM16 is fitted with two massage protrusions on the inside, which contain a magnet. The protrusions pleasantly massage the waist area, thus the skin is blooded and the fatty tissue is disrupted and broken down. Negatively polarized magnets promote blood circulation and thus have a positive effect on metabolic function.

Using

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Model HHM16 is suitable for waist circumference from 59 to 113 centimeters. Once the length has been set, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The intensity of the workout is affected by the speed at which we twist our hips.

A computer with an easy-to-read display and its features

A large and easy-to-read LCD display located on the anchor shows information about training time, number of calories burned, and circling speed. The data can be used for training control and fitness monitoring. The computer is powered by a battery that has enough capacity for up to 10 intense workouts. The battery is recharged via the USB-C connector above the display. You can use your phone charger, power bank or laptop to charge it. The battery charge level is indicated by an indicator below the display.
