HMS HHW02 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage plates and rotating weight.

The function of the HMS HHW02 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 24 identical parts that are folded into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 20 centimetres, if you connect all 24 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 39 centimetres. Model HHW02 is suitable for waist circumference from 60 to 118 cm. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable string. The string can be set to a length of 20 to 30 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The HHW02 hoop is equipped with massage plates on the inside, which pleasantly massage the waist area. Massage in the waist area promotes blood flow and helps reduce fatty tissue. The intensity of the training is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which we twist our hips.
