HMS HHW11 PLUS SIZE is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.

The function of the HMS HHW11 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 26 identical parts that are folded into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 20 centimetres, if you connect all 26 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 42 centimetres. The HHW11 model is suitable for waist circumferences from 60 to 126 centimetres. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable string. The string can be set to a length of 20 to 30 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been set, the hoop is locked with a connecting piece that is fitted with levers for operating the lock. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The HHW11 hoop is equipped with massage plates on the inside, which pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which we twist our hips.

Regular use of the HMS HHW11 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fatty tissues of the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.

The individual parts of the hoop are made of high quality ABS, the weight is coated with rubber and filled with sand.
