fH01 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.
the function of the FH01 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 24 identical parts that are folded into each other. At least 14 pieces are needed to close the hoop. Model FH01 is suitable for waist circumference from 50 to 104 centimeters. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight of 320 grams is attached to the anchor.
the length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been set, the hoop is locked with a connecting piece that is fitted with levers for operating the lock. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training.
