fH02 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.
the function of the FH02 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 13 identical parts that are folded into each other. At least 11 pieces are needed to close the hoop. Model FH02 is suitable for waist circumference from 50 to 95 centimeters. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. The counter display shows the number of times the hoop has been circled by the anchor. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor.
the length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. The hoop closes after the length is set. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The FH02 hoop is equipped with massage lugs on the inside, which dampen the vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the workout is affected by the speed at which we twist our hips.
regular use of FH02 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fatty tissues of the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
