fH03 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.
the function of the FH03 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 18 identical parts that are folded into each other. At least 14 pieces are needed to close the hoop. The FH03 model is suitable for waist circumferences from 63 to 88 centimetres. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight weighing 320 grams is attached to the anchor by means of a length-adjustable string. The string can be set to a length of 15 to 30 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
the length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. The hoop closes after the length is set. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The FH03 hoop is equipped with massage lugs on the inside, which dampen the vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the workout is affected by the speed at which we twist our hips.
the counter display, located in one part of the hoop, shows the number of times the hoop has been circled by the anchor.
regular use of FH03 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fatty tissues of the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
