ONE Fitness OHA02 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.

The function of the OHA02 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 24 identical parts that are folded into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 20 centimetres, if you connect all 24 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 39 centimetres. Model OHA02 is suitable for waist circumference from 60 to 118 centimeters. The individual parts contain a rail into which an anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight of 300 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable string. The string can be set to a length of 20 to 30 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The OHA02 hoop is equipped with areas on the inside that pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the workout is influenced by the length of the weight string and the speed at which we twist our hips.
