hMS HHW06 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.
the function of the HMS HHW06 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 16 identical parts that are folded into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 12 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 34 centimetres, if you connect all 16 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 45 centimetres. The HHW06 is suitable for waist circumferences from 76 to 111 centimetres. The individual parts enclose a rail into which an anchor with a counter is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. The counter display shows the number of times the hoop has been circled by the anchor. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable string. The string can be set to a length of 20 to 38 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
the length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been set, the hoop is locked with a connecting piece that is fitted with a lever for operating the lock. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The HHW06 hoop is equipped on the inside with massage lugs with springs that dampen vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which we twist our hips.
regular use of the HMS HHW06 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fatty tissues of the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
