hMS HHW09 is a hula hoop with adjustable length, massage lugs and rotating weight.
the function of the HMS HHW09 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 16 identical parts that are folded into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 34.5 centimetres, if you connect all 16 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 39 centimetres. The HHW09 is suitable for waist circumferences from 76 to 91 centimetres. The individual parts enclose a rail into which the anchor with counter is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearings. The counter display shows the number of times the hoop has been circled by the anchor. A weight weighing 380 grams is attached to the anchor by means of a length-adjustable string. The string can be set to a length of 22 to 38 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
the length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been set, the hoop is locked with a connecting piece that is fitted with a lever for operating the lock. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The HHW09 hoop is equipped on the inside with massage lugs with springs that dampen vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the training is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which we twist our hips.
regular use of the HMS HHW09 can slim the abdomen and waist, twisting the hips reduces fatty tissues of the thighs and buttocks. 30 minutes of training can replace up to an hour of swimming or 3 hours of running.
