Multifunctional ladders HMS DW2708

The HMS DW2708 multifunctional ladders are the ideal tool for home training. The set consists of gymnastic ladders that attach to the wall, 2 expanders with grip and 2 training straps with adjustable length. The product is made of high quality steel and has 8 beech wood partitions. The ladders are 223 cm high and 80 cm wide.

Diverse training

The DW2708 set allows you to perform a variety of full body exercises such as push-ups, leg extensions, trunk rotations, sit-ups, resistance band workouts and more. The number of exercises is almost unlimited and it doesn't matter if you want to train your strength, agility or gymnastics.

Straps and expanders included

The straps are made of very durable material and can be adjusted in length from 105 to 146 centimetres. They are attached to the structure with a carabiner and can either be connected and attached to any partition or they can be individually attached to the steel lugs on the mounting braces. The straps are finished with a rubberised handle and strap. The straps can be used as a full-fledged replacement for the suspension booster system.

The expanders are made of very durable rubber, their length is 120 centimetres and they can be stretched up to 400 centimetres. Like the straps, they are equipped with a carabiner and can be attached to the 4 lugs on the struts. The handle is rubberised.

Multifunctional design

The beechwood rungs are secured with a screw at the back of the structure after installation in the ladder, so that they stay firmly in place and do not twist. In the upper part of the ladder there is an 80 cm wide trapeze and a metal "half trapeze" which is used for example for installing straps or expanders, these can also be attached to the steel lugs on the 4 struts. At the bottom there is a leg stop for training sit-lie. For maximum comfort, the stops are fitted with foam rollers.
