nordic Walking is a sport that comprehensively develops the muscular system and significantly improves the efficiency of our body. When walking with sticks, the muscles of the buttocks, lower legs, thighs and the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen are worked. Engaging such a large muscle group has a positive effect on increasing our overall physical fitness. Telescopic poles allow quick and easy adjustment of their length depending on the height of the user. Interchangeable tips and plates allow the use of the sticks for every surface, e.g.: asphalt, grass, snow, sand, mud, etc.
