How to fit the wheels?

1. Place the wheel on the hole and push the axle ends into the sidewalls with all your strength.
2. With a fist punch, bring the wheel to the maximum in the side rails.
3. Check the fit of the wheel.
4. After putting the shoe on, step sharply with the heel several times to ensure that the wheel fits properly.

How to take nice care of your Heelys:

Before heeling, always check the wheels and well for dirt (e.g. rhinestones).

Keep the wheels and bearings dry, clean and lubricated. Expect it.

The bearings inside the castors can become contaminated by contact with water, dust, etc.

The wheels will show signs of wear with frequent or prolonged use - try swapping them (put the wheel from the left shoe on the right shoe).

Heelys does not recommend that you remove the bearings from the wheels.

Heelys does not recommend washing shoes in a washing machine, use warm water and mild soap.

How do you do that?

ROVNOVÁHA

- Find something solid to lean on.
- Place one shoe slightly diagonally in front of the other.
- Place the toe of the back shoe against the heel of the front shoe.
- Strengthen your ankles, knees and thighs? And don't stop!
- Lift your toes, keep your balance on the wheels, and pull yourself up against whatever you're leaning on.
- If you lose your balance, put your toes on the ground - you will land.

EATING

- Step forward with your foot, which will then be your "back foot".
- Brace your feet and lift the toe of the front shoe.
- Bounce off the back foot, shoes nicely one behind the other (once again: never side by side).
- It's easy, repeat to yourself: step, lift, bounce

BRZDA!

(soft and hard brake)

- Slowly place the toe of the back foot until you start to shuffle the sole on the ground - hard brake (larger braking surface, significantly less wear on the sole)
- Lift the toe of the forefoot and scrub the heel of the shoe against the ground - soft brake (excessive use may cause premature wear of the heel of the sole)
- If the shoes stop for any reason, be quick and run!

Pay attention!

- Heeling can be dangerous.
- Heel with discretion and clarity.
- Helmet, wrist, elbow and knee pads are recommended.
- Heel only on a smooth and stable surface - Because on an uneven surface (road, concrete driveway, sidewalk) you will scrub the back of your heels too much and wear them out disgustingly soon. Especially if you're just learning to heel.
