Adjustable bench HMS Premium L8022

the HMS Premium L8022 is a straight, adjustable bench with stops and expanders that finds ideal use during training with dumbbells and a weightlifting axle.
the backrest is adjustable to 5 positions (1 straight and 4 in negative tilt). The horizontal support is ideal to perform most exercises with dumbbells, if the support is adjusted to a negative angle, then we get an inclined bench to strengthen the abdomen, for this purpose the L8022 is equipped with an adjustable, extendable frame with stops, which is adjustable in 3 positions and 4 angles, the leg stop is adjustable to 3 distances. The frame is thus the main advantage of the bench and allows precise adjustment for every body shape, so the training of sit-ups will be safe and comfortable.
the back support is made of a thick board with a high layer of foam for maximum comfort during training. The ergonomic cushioning is made of synthetic leather with a carbon look, is sweat resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.
the foam rollers are made of EVA for great comfort and durability.
the bench comes with 2 expanders that are great for basic training. For easy moving of the bench, one stabilizer is equipped with transport wheels.
