Training cage MS-U112 2.0, also known as the Power Rack or Squat Rack, is one of the most versatile training tools in the MARBO Sport range.
It is a solid metal structure consisting of vertical bars and horizontal beams, which together form an enclosed space - a training cage. The Power Rack is used for various strength exercises, mainly squats, but also bench press, pull-ups and other exercises with dumbbells and your own body weight.
Adjustable dumbbell hooks
Design MS-U112 2.0 is equipped with two sets of adjustable hooks for the two-handed dumbbell, which allow you to place the dumbbell at the optimal height for the exercise you are performing. The hooks can be adjusted in 18 height levels ranging from 38 - 174 cm from the ground.
Safety stops
Power Rack MS-U112 2.0 is also equipped with side bars, which serve as a safety feature, for example during bench press or squats with a barbell. A dumbbell can be lowered onto the side bars if you can no longer complete the current set.
Trapeze and hanger for punching bag
The trapeze bar is 210 cm high and thanks to the handles at different angles it allows you to exercise different muscles during pull-ups. For boxing enthusiasts, a punching bag can be hung from the eye in the middle of the trapeze frame.
Pins for resistance rubbers
There are 3 pins on the bottom of the frame on each side, behind which you can put resistance rubbers, which are a great addition to the classic weight.
Landmine
The Landmine is a multi-axis joint that allows one end of the dumbbell to be stored while allowing the opposite end of the dumbbell to move smoothly in 2 planes. This allows the landmine to perform dynamic and varied exercises that usually use the upper half of the body. It provides an interesting diversification of strength training and can be used by both beginners and advanced athletes.
Stand for weights and loading axle
The dumbbell with a maximum diameter of 30 mm can be placed in the stand at the rear of the structure. The discs can be placed on 2 storage spikes with dimensions 20 x 2.5 cm.
DIP adapters
Adjustable dip handles are ideal for those who want to train deep push-ups. The handrails can be adjusted in two heights - higher for increasing the difficulty of the exercise and lower for training push-ups in the front bend. Plus, they have a three-way adjustable pitch so you can customize them to your individual training preferences.
Rubber end caps
Rubber end caps on the base of the structure improve the stability of the structure and prevent scratching the floor during training, so you can train without risk on floating floors, for example.
Anchoring to the floor
In the base of the cage MS-U112 2.0 are holes that allow the structure to be anchored into the ground, improving its stability and increasing safety during training. The method of anchoring must be selected individually with regard to the type of substrate and the use of the product.
