the pulleys themselves are fitted with bearings for smooth running of the cable. A specially shaped slot prevents the rope from jumping out of the pulley. The steel profile used for the construction allows each pulley to be loaded with up to 60 kilograms, so the total load capacity of both pulleys is 120 kilograms. The diameter of the loading mandrel is 25 millimetres and is therefore compatible with both ordinary cast iron discs and Olympic discs. The ends of the steel cables are threaded through a rubber stop, which protects the construction of the pulleys from damage in case of sudden release or slipping of the handle from the palm. For maximum safety, the stabilisers are fitted with mounting holes for attachment to the floor. Part of the MH-W103 2.0 are 2 one-handed adapters MH-C204.
