wrap the Flossband FB02 around the affected area (joint, muscle) while stretching the band to approximately 70%, thus compressing the skin layers together and reducing the sensitivity of the receptors. Stretch the wrapped area for a maximum of 2 minutes and remove the tape. When removed, the affected area sucks blood and relaxation occurs.
