the HMS FB03 rubber band is used for rehabilitation and so-called flossing, where the compression band is repeatedly wrapped around and loosened on the affected area. This practice helps to stretch shortened muscles and hard-to-reach areas. Relieves pain, increases range of motion and aids recovery after training.
the Flossband FB03 is wrapped around the affected area (joint, muscle) at a tension of approximately 70%, thus compressing the skin layers together and reducing the sensitivity of the receptors. Stretch the wrapped area for a maximum of 2 minutes and remove the tape. When removed, the affected area sucks blood and relaxation occurs.
