HMS SGN130 Pro 6in1 30 kg dumbbell set

The HMS SGN130 6in1 is a variable and versatile set of loading dumbbells that allows you to perform a wide range of strength exercises with one set. The SGN130 6in1 set consists of 16 discs, two short axles, one fastener, two grips and two kettlebell loading mandrels and caps. By combining the individual parts you can create one of the following 6 sets.

1 - one-handed dumbbell

It is an essential element of any gym. You stack the discs on the axle with the required weight and secure them with screw caps.

2- two-handed dumbbell

Simply screw both axles into the connecting piece. Load the desired load onto the side spikes and then secure the discs with screw caps.

3 - kettlebell

Stack the desired weight from the discs on the kettlebell loading mandrel and then screw the kettlebell grip onto it. If you want to train with low weight, where the longer part of the barbell remains empty, then secure the weight with the screw cap and use the other cap to secure the grip.

4 - dumbbell with parallel grip

Basically, it is a one-handed dumbbell where we replace the screw caps with kettlebell grips. This dumbbell offers a parallel grip and is used for training when both arms need to work symmetrically, for example when training the shoulders.

5 - dumbbell with side grip

Basically, it is a one-handed dumbbell, where only one screw cap is replaced by a kettlebell grip. The dumbbell thus assembled serves as a kettlebell.

6 - supports for handles

The kettlebell grips can be used separately as supports for the handles.

Discs

The set contains 12 discs, which are made of plastic castings filled with cement.

Loading, one-handed axle

The axle is made of PVC. Total length is 51 cm. The grip is 13 cm long. 2 parts for placing weights are threaded, length is 13,5 cm and diameter 2,8 cm. There are 2 pieces in the package.

Connecting part

The connecting part for folding the two-hand dumbbell is 40 cm long and is covered with EVA foam for maximum comfort when training with the dumbbell on your back.

Loading mandrels for kettlebell

The flat base of the kettlebell ensures the stability of the kettlebell. The total height is 23 centimetres. In the package you will find 2 pieces.

Handle for kettlebell

The kettlebell handle, which also serves as a support for the handles, has dimensions 19.5 x 14 cm and there are also 2 pieces in the package.
