HMS DD12+GU-SET door bar and resistance rubber set

we present a set combining the HMS DD12 frame trapeze complete with resistance rubbers. Such a combination provides many exercise options. The elastics can be used for basic training, warm-up, rehabilitation and also as an aid to lighten the load during some exercises. One of these exercises is the trapeze deadlift. For advanced individuals, the maneuver with the rubber expander will prove useful in the final series, when you need to reduce the load. A rubber band stretched over the knees or feet will partially relieve the muscles and allow you to concentrate on proper technique. Even beginners who have not been able to pull themselves to the trapeze can now do it perfectly.
if you want to train with rubber bands, a common problem is the lack of space to attach them. No such problems will occur with this kit. The elastic bands can be easily attached to the trapeze and then used to perform many exercises for different muscle groups. the HMS Premium DD12 is a self-balancing, multi-functional trapeze bar for training pull-ups, dips and push-ups. The trapeze consists of two parts.
the upper part is used for quick assembly, when the back rail is placed on the upper edge of the frame of the door frames and or lining and secured by hanging the structure so that the lower rail rests on the front of the door frames or lining. The separate, upper part is equipped with 4 pairs of grips and is used for training pull-ups.
the lower part is equipped with hooks for hanging the upper part of the trapeze. After hanging, this part is used to train dips and thanks to the included straps, push-ups can also be trained.
the trapeze exercise is very versatile, thanks to the involvement of many muscle groups. In particular, the back, arm muscles, shoulder muscles and abdominal muscles are involved.
