The HMS HHM13 is a hula hoop with adjustable circumference, massage lugs, magnetic massage block, rotating weight and clear counter.

Construction of the massage hula hoop

The construction consists of 12 identical parts, and one part with magnets that connect to each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 9 parts. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. A weight weighing 380 (+- 20) grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable strap. The string can be set to a length of 15 - 30 centimetres, changing the length of the string sets the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Classical and magnetic massage

Each of the HHM13's parts is fitted with a spring-loaded massage cap on the inside, these parts absorb vibrations from the rotating weight while massaging the waist area in a pleasant way. Massage increases blood circulation to the skin, the lymphatic system is stimulated and fatty tissue is disrupted and broken down. 13. part, is also equipped with 8 negatively polarized magnets, which, when connected to the massage, direct the blood circulation and lymphatic system and thus accelerate metabolism.

Using

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Model HHM13 is suitable for waist circumference from 60 to 96 centimeters. Once the length has been set, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction in which we are going to twist our hips and we start the training. The intensity of the workout is influenced by the speed at which we twist our hips and the length of the string on which the weight is attached.

The computer and its functions

The LCD display located on the anchor shows information about the time of the workout, the number of calories burned, the total number of times the weights have been circled, and the speed of the circles. The data can be used for training control and fitness monitoring. The computer is powered by a built-in button cell battery.

Thanks to the elasticated neoprene and Velcro fastening, the belt adapts perfectly to the body, adheres to the waist area and thus reduces skin cooling, increasing the temperature below the belt, the skin begins to sweat and thus begins to disturb the fat cells. The BR163 is fitted with a mesh on the inside to facilitate sweat wicking and provide air microcirculation.
